Book Review — Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban by J.K. Rowling

Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban (Harry Potter, #3)Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban by J.K. Rowling
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Praise Helix, these books are getting harder and harder to review.

I liked it? I really don’t want to waste your time (or mine, frankly) going much further than that.

You’ve either already read them and you agree, or you haven’t and my review will be a drop in the ocean. Your mind about Harry Potter is made up already, one way or the other.

I will say though that I liked Prisoner of Azkaban more on a re-read. The movie was terrible, and I guess it left a sour taste in my mouth. Reading it again solved that, and it was so cool to see all the pieces and foreshadowing click into place.

We read this as part of our huge Harry Potter re-read in the Not A Book Club Club. Join us!
