My rating: 3 of 5 stars

Hmm.

I’m undecided on this one.

The good: more BSG! This is a fantastic TV show, and revisiting the characters was fun. The illustrations were also well done and the action conveyed with appropriate suspense. There were a surprising number of flashbacks and scene-switching, but it never got confusing.

The bad: This stands poorly on its own. The characters were good because of what I had learned through the show — they don’t really grow here. Also, the plot was kind of an interesting topic (along the lines of what BSG likes to explore) but didn’t meet my expectations.
