Ratings

What do the ratings mean?

1 – This was a pain to get through.  I had to force myself to sit down and finish this book (assuming I finished it at all)

2 – Not painful to read, but I didn’t enjoy it.  Either the writing, characters, or plot sucked, or it was just boring.

3 – An entertaining read, but not one I would see myself re-reading soon, or recommending to a friend

4 – Excellent! This book consumed me and I couldn’t put it down.  Definitely will be sharing with my friends.

5 – A new favourite, simple as that.  My grandkids will be reading it, and it will be the first one I mention when asked for recommendations.
